Oldham Foodbank and Tesco will be holding a food drive at the 3 closest stores: Huddersfield Rd, Featherstall Rd & Failsworth Thursday 1st December to Saturday 3rd December. This will hopefully give us a boost of food and other donations in the run up to Christmas, so we can keep supporting people experiencing crisis around Oldham.
If you’d like to support us in the food drive, you can do this through a few different ways:
- Donating to us in the stores if you can – Head into one of the 3 stores above, where you will find Tesco staff and Foodbank volunteers near the entrance who can help you with where, what and how you can donate in the store.
- Supporting us as a Food Drive Volunteer – If you would like to support us across the 3 days, please get in touch with [email protected]. Even if you can give a few hours, this will be a massive help to the food bank, and hopefully encourage more donations to help local people.
- Promoting the Tesco Food Drive – if you can share on social media, tell some friends, family or co-workers, we would be very grateful! Spreading the word with the people around you can go a long way – and can be a really valuable way to support us.
