Foodbank vouchers
Our foodbank works using a voucher referral system. Find out more about how we work.
We know anyone can hit a crisis for all sorts of reasons.
To make sure you get the right help, we work with local referral partners. If they feel you’re struggling to afford food, they may issue a foodbank voucher and can also offer longer-term support to help tackle the underlying issues.
You can contact Oldham Council on 0161 770 7007, or speak to agencies such as Citizens Advice, children’s centres, health visitors and other local services. Contact us if you’re unsure who to approach.
When you speak to a referral agency, they’ll take some basic details to complete the voucher. This helps identify the cause of the crisis and ensures we prepare the right food for your household.
If a voucher is issued, you’ll receive 3 days of emergency food delivered to your address.
If you’re a referral agency and would like to become a registered voucher holder, please get in touch.
